Fall Fashion- Friday!

Tragedy of all tragedies, this is the last day. Frown. This has been SO much fun- I have sooo enjoyed your comments! They're so uplifting and make me smile!

This outfit is a typical Fall Friday outfit- high school football!

At my school, we have what is called the Twelfth Man Club (because there are eleven players from our team on the field at a time... So the support is the twelfth man on the field.) Basically, everyone buys a t-shirt every year and then stands in a certain section of the bleachers and cheers and dances with the band and cheerleaders and it is so. much. fun.

Tonight, I had to sell snow cones for softball, and this is last year's shirt, but... Oh, well. It has the names of all of last year's players on it, which I think is pretty cool.

These pictures are a little silly because it's 10:30 at night and I'm at my best friend's. Also, please excuse my hair, which has decided to take on a texture today that I can only describe as obscenely curly. And I cut up all of my Twelfth Man shirts like this.

So, here it is. The last fall fashion post. :( And I look nasty.

Shirt: Stanton College Prep (Goooo Blue Devils!)
Shorts: Old Navy.
Sandals: Target.
Earrings: Betsey Johnson.

Fall Fashion- Thursday!

Well, this morning's test kicked my butt. Big thanks to my teacher for not teaching us half of that. My doctor's appointment went pretty well, though. And then, my swim coach asked me to swim a longer race than I usually do, but I did it!

And, today I wore this, because I love it. I wore it last week, and then I wore the shirt at my meet because it was cold and windy. Today? It was miserably hot and sunny.

Shirt: Hollister.
Shorts: Old Navy.
Sandals: Target.

This shirt is super super comfy. Like, I'm going to have to go back to Hollister and get about three more colors. These shorts are awesome- they're the perfect length to pass dress code but still look cool. I have  four colors.

I'm so sad that this is coming to an end tomorrow :(

Fall Fashion- Wednesday!

Hi, my name is Aminda Joy and my stress level is currently through the roof. I have two Cs, one in a class in which I have a test tomorrow everyone says is impossible, I had to write a paper tonight, I have swimming every day, I have another doctor's appointment tomorrow and am losing hope in ever getting a solution to my neck issue, and I haven't gotten enough sleep since school started.

End rant.

I planned to wear this outfit at the beginning of the week, because I love scarves. And nautical stuff. And this shirt- I have two. In the same color. Also, I was surprised the capris still fit- they're old, and they didn't fit this summer (yay for swimming and abs!). However, after wearing them all day, I am convinced that they are definitely retired now.

The scarf and necklace lasted for about thirty minutes. I got to school and took them off, and substituted a 3/4 sleeve navy sweater with ruffles. It was still cute.

I love blogging my outfits, and actually thinking about what people think about them. And your comments always make me smile. I wish we did this, encourage each other, all of the time!

Shirt: Target.
Capris: Aeropostale.
Sandals: Target.
Necklace: Forever 21.
Scarf: Target.
Hair: Messy bun, because lots of stress and not a lot of sleep.

Tragedy of Tragedies, aka Fall Fashion- Tuesday!

I had a super cute outfit today. Like, super cute. Complete with super cute milkmaid braids and a super sassy personality.

But. I was late getting ready for school, because I had to shave my legs for said super cute outfit. And so? I was late. Like, my dad was standing at the door while I poured my necessary cup of iced coffee late.

Like, I didn't have time to take pictures late.

So, I was just going to take some at school and be one of "those girls," as Amila said.

But I was almost late to school. And then there were too many people around at lunch. And then at swim practice.

So, I had to take off my super cute outfit for practice. Where I also had to take out my milkmaid braids and ruin my make-up.

There are no pictures of me in today's super cute outfit.

Key word: In.

Dress: Dillard's.
Jean Jacket: Old Navy.
Sandals: Target.

This was my Easter dress this year. It is not actually that wrinkly- that's what happens when you throw cotton into a backpack with wet stuff.

These are my favorite sandals. They're about four years old, and, therefore, quite ratty.

Sad face, sad face, sad face.

I felt cute today.

Fall Fashion- Monday!

So, today, it was about 95 degrees. Florida has not yet received the memo that is actually fall, but I have heard that it may actually be fall-like next week. Yay!

I wore this to school today. It was comfy. I got quite a few compliments on my appearance today, even though I felt like crap, for various reasons. So, that was nice.

Speaking of compliments, all of your lovely comments are just making me so so happy! No one ever reads this blog, and it was beginning to feel like a colossal waste of time. I'm really glad you guys like my outfits! I'm having fun putting thought into my wardrobe.

Anyway, here is today.

Tunic: Target.
Shorts: Levi's.
Sandals: Target.
Earrings: Betsey Johnson (same as yesterday).
Funky Toenail Polish: Gorgeous by Sinful Colors.

Fall Fashion- Sunday!

This is what I wore to church this morning. I was thinking, hey, it's fall now! And Florida was like, just kidding! Its 93 degrees! So... that was great.

Also, I wore jeans because I was working in the nursery, and I highly do not recommend wearing a dress to chase after toddlers. Actually, I had the babies, including my Sofia, and all eight of them cried... at the same time. It was a stressful morning. But anyway.

Sweater: Forever 21.
Jeans: Levi's.
Wedges: Target.
Sunnies: Forever 21.
Earrings: Betsey Johnson.

Then, the youth group came over and I threw on some shorts.

Also, all of your comments are making me super, super happy. No one ever reads this blog, and it was feeling like a waste of time. But all of your comments are just continuously making my day! I'm so grateful for all of your time and compliments! I love you all!

Saturday Fall Fashion Bonus Outfit!

Thaaat's right.

I hit up Petsmart in my Gator get-up, and now we're headed to the dog track, which calls for something a little more decent. And, so...

So, the shirt is more spring-y than fall-y. But, it is still 86 degrees here today. This is Florida. And, this is what I wore to a New Year's Eve party. And I bought it on New Year's Eve.

We have different rules in the sunshine state.

Top: Target.
Pearls: Target.
Jeans: Levi's.
Sandals: Payless.

Fall Fashion- Saturday!

So, today begins Blog Your Fall Fashion Week, from the lovely Emery Jo!

I feel like this outfit is the perfect one for a fall Saturday...

That's right, folks! CHOMP CHOMP!

Shirt: Soffe.

Earrings: ? They were a Christmas gift.

Bracelet: Some kiosk in the mall (I'm so helpful today).

Jeans: Levi's.

I wish that I could convince someone in my house to take actual pictures of me so that I don't have to do iPod bathroom mirror pics. Gross. But they would just look at me like I'm an idiot. They do not understand blogging. Their loss.

So, on that note, happy fall fashion! And go Gators!

Crazy Thoughts.

This morning, as I look to see what all my lovely Facebook friends are up to, something crazy hit me.

Right now, we're all finishing high school. We post about homework and our boyfriends/girlfriends and fights with our parents. BUT, very, very soon, we're going to start posting about college. About new cities and being away from our parents and how hard it is doing everything on our own.

And then it's going to be engagement announcements and wedding plans, buying houses and picking out decor, making burnt meals and first fights.

And then, someone will have a status one day, "We're pregnant!" and then it will start. We will all be in charge of small humans, and our news feeds will be filled with first steps and first words and how little sleep we've gotten and wondering of how those little ones grow up so darn fast.

And all of that is ridiculously crazy to think about. Right now we post pictures of our new cars, and soon it will be our kid's first day of school.

How is that even possible?

A Week in Cellphone (iPod) and Webcam Pictures. Holla!

Ladies and gentlemen, my best friend. Aaron's hand is humongolo compared to my itty bitty one. Alison took her revenge and got a sneak picture of Alexa, showing me that she wasn't with the Catholics, she was just ignoring me. THERE'S GOING TO BE A DESPICABLE ME RIDE IN UNIVERSAL.

My parents are adorable, even after twenty years together. I told Alex to watch my purse, and he did. I punched Jaws, a la Despicable Me.

Daddy wanted a picture with the Hogwarts Express. Harry Potter World is magical.

Webcam pics! Miss Jacki made me Gator safety glasses for science. Addison learned how to write her name, except no one taught her. I got mermaid-esque nail polish to celebrate swimming. I bought Mila a Slytherin pennant.

More texts from my best friend. This is why we are best friends, except that she meant that SHE was the Snape to MY Lily. Because I'm the Gryffindor here.

Last Week in Outfits.

Tuesday (Or Wednesday. I went to school four days last week but somehow ended up with only three outfits. Weird)- Shirt: Forever 21. Shorts: Target. Sandals: Payless.

Thursday- Shirt: Forever 21. Jeans: Levi's. Belt: Forever 21 (taken off of a skirt). Sunnies: Forever 21.

Friday (Picture Day! And Day 1 of Rock the Universe!)- Shirt: Forever 21. Tank Top: Hollister. Shorts: Levi's. Flip flops: Hollister.

So... apparently I only wear clothes from, like, three places. And yay for morning bathroom shots! Not.
